Description: The heroic version of Blood Queen Lana'thel is probably the easiest of the limited attempt encounters. The fight is exactly the same, with one exception - she gains a new ability called Presence of the Darkfallen. For every Vampire in the room, the damage dealt by her Shroud of Sorrow will be increased by 10%.
