You are currently in a guild that doesn't satisfy your gaming experience, one that you feel holds you back from your true potential. You feel you are one of few in your guild that puts 110% effort into their performance while the rest dawdle in the corners and drag you down. You die a little on the inside when someone in your guild dies to Lava Waves, Void Zones or Flash Freezes. You feel like you are destined for something better, a place where people care about their individual performance and their guild. You want to be around like minded individuals that will stay up late to ensure a new boss kill and strives for competitive US and World rankings.

You know what you want and have researched every since facet, nuance and tidbit of your class and spec, equipped with the best possible gems and enchants to ensure your solid performance. You pour over WWS's and theorycraftings from credible websites to ensure your knowledge and performance consistently remain high. You come prepared with all the necessary foods, flasks, elixirs, potions and other consumables for Every. Single. Boss. You have a thick skin, capable of taking punishment for when you make a mistake, a small reminder for you to not repeat. You are active even when the guild is not raiding, striving to perfect your character in every manner possible.

We raid 6 nights a week (Fridays off), beginning at 6pm PST and call it quits typically between 10 and 11pm PST. The ability to meet raid times is a significant aspect that recruits are measured on. We want to see you doing your all in every battle, from trash mobs to bosses. We look for a complete understanding of your class and your impact on the raid, all applicants are expected to meet our raid times. Please note that on rare occassions we will raid on fridays during times of progression.



Gear is very important as we are always taking on the best end game content World of Warcraft has to offer. Your gear will be evaluated along with your app. The ideal applicant will have the best gear available for the content he/she is currently in, all gear should be enchanted/gemmed properly. You should also be fully glyphed for your raid spec.



If you are given a shot at recruiting, you will be tagged into FL and labeled as a Trial. You will spend three weeks there and be invited to as many raids as possible. During this time, you are required to be online and ready to go. Should the call go out for you to join our raid, we expect you to be there ASAP. As a recruit you will also be expected to help out with 5/10 man instances whenever possible.

After three weeks you will be subjected to an officer vote. If you pass this vote you will be promoted to member, this includes guild repairs and access to part of the guild bank. However, you will be on a probationary status for the first 8 weeks. If you do not maintain at least 80% attendance for this probationary period you may be removed from the guild.
